Tungsten Carbide Reamer Use Problem -Rough Internal Surface

When the internal surface of tungsten carbide reamer is rough, it will cause these problems:

1.The hinged blade mouth is not on the same circumference;

2.The tungsten carbide reamer’s cutting part pendulum has poor tolerance, its edge is not sharp and the surface is rough;

3.Due to material relations, it does not apply to pre-zero or negative rake angle angle reamer.
