Tungsten Carbide Reamer’s Diameter Size Increase Solution

When the tungsten carbide reamer’s diameter size has increased or the error is large, there are the following solutions:

1.Being appropriate to reduce the outer diameter of the reamer according to the circumstances ;

2. Having appropriate adjustments to reduce the amount of feed or allowance;

3.Straightening or bending can not be scrapped reamer;  

4.Choosing a better cooling performance cutting fluid;

5.Adjusting or replacing the spindle bearings.
