Rhenium Tungsten Probe

Rhenium tungsten probe is a needle made of rhenium tungsten alloy wire containing 3% rhenium. The needle tip of such a probe is processed by a special process with the advantages of high precision, high strength and elastic modulus. So, the probe is more wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The surface of the probe is smooth, and the finish can reach Ra0.25 or less.

Rhenium tungsten probes have different tip types, i.e., different tip shapes, such as, a tip having a platform, a tip that is completely pointed, or an arc-shaped tip. The diameter is at the range of 0.05-1.2mm, the length is 15-300mm, and the probe tip is between 0.08μm and 100μm. Rhenium tungsten probes are mainly used in the semiconductor, LED, LCD and other industries. Moe specially, they are used in probe cards, probers, chip testing, wafer testing, and LED chip testing.
