Stepwise Synthesis of Tungsten Trioxide-Polyaniline-Graphene Composites

In recent years, graphene, conductive polymers and transition metal oxide composites have attracted more and more attention of researchers, and have become one of the foreword fields of electrochemical research.
Tungsten trioxide is a stable n-type semiconductor material, which has been widely used in gas sensors and electrochemical catalysis. In recent years, some studies have applied tungsten trioxide to electrochemical energy storage. Studies have shown that tungsten trioxide and graphene aerogel composites can exhibit excellent capacitance performance.
The steps for preparing tungsten oxide-polyaniline-graphene composites by stepwise synthesis are as follows:
A.The preparation of tungsten trioxide: the phosphotungstic acid is dissolved in ethanol, dried completely at room temperature and then burned in air for 4 hours.
B.Preparation of tungsten trioxide/polyaniline: The tungsten trioxide prepared in step a of 0.2g was ultrasonic dispersed in 10 mL 1 mol L-1 hydrochloric acid solution, added with aniline monomer, then rapidly added with 10 mL 1 mol L-1 hydrochloric acid solution dissolved with ammonium persulfate, shaked rapidly at room temperature for 30 seconds, and then centrifuged, washed and freeze-dried after 4 hours. ;
C.Preparation of tungsten trioxide-polyaniline-graphene: The tungsten trioxide-polyaniline prepared in step B of 0.2g was ultrasonic dispersed in the dispersing solution of graphene oxide of 10mL 1mg mL-1, 0.9mL concentrated hydrochloric acid was added, then zinc powder was ultrasonic added for 30 minutes, followed by 1mL concentrated hydrochloric acid to remove excessive zinc powder, and finally the product was centrifuged. Wash and freeze-dry.
The preparation method of tungsten trioxide-polyaniline-graphene composites is simple and novel, which combines the high conductivity of graphene, the high activity of tungsten trioxide and the high stability of polyaniline, and has great market prospects.
