Tungsten disulfide has good corrosion resistance, good adsorption capacity on metal surface, generally can withstand strong acid corrosion, high temperature resistance and low friction coefficient. Therefore, tungsten disulfide is usually used as a lubricant. Lubrication under various harsh conditions such as high temperature, high pressure, high load, high speed, high radiation, strong corrosion and ultra-low temperature.
As a material with unique physical properties, tungsten disulfide quantum dots have become a hot research topic at home and abroad in electrical, optical and optoelectronic properties. Due to the surface effect of quantum dots, as the particles decrease, the specific surface area increases remarkably, and the surface activity of the quantum dots increases, which makes the tungsten disulfide quantum dots have stronger catalytic activity, better fluorescence characteristics and excellent properties. Light conduction performance, can be used in petrochemical, optoelectronic devices and medical bio-imaging, and has a very broad application space.
The preparation method of tungsten disulfide quantum dot material is as follows:
The first step is to fully grind a certain amount of tungsten disulfide in a mortar.
In the second step, appropriate amount of N-methyl pyrrolidone (NMP) was added to the ground sample and put into the ultrasonic instrument.
In the third step, the supersonic solution is placed in a static position, and the upper suspension is absorbed for centrifugation. After centrifugation, the upper Brown clarified solution, namely tungsten disulfide quantum dots, is collected.
The specific steps for preparing tungsten disulfide quantum dots are as follows: first, grinding tungsten disulfide powder; second, adding NMP to the grinded powder sample to make its concentration 0.1 g/mL~0.2 g/mL, and putting it in ultrasonic instrument with power 400 W~800 W; third, putting the solution in a static position for 15-30 minutes after ultrasound, taking suspension in centrifugation. Centrifuge for 20-45 minutes at 5000-10000 r/min. The prepared tungsten disulfide quantum dots have uniform size, good crystallinity and good fluorescence properties.
