5, Heat-Resistant Mould
High speed wire rod mill roll is a product with groove or hole. When working, the billet of 1000-1100℃ passes through at the speed of 70-120m/min, which is subjected to thermal stress at high temperature and high frequency. So, it is a fragile component.
