A New Type of Tungsten Concentrates Dryer

The traditional tungsten concentrates bake converter is heating through the drying oven. The main fuel of the oven is coal or dry wood. This drying method shows the following shortcomings in the production practice: first, it causes environmental pollution and consumes a lot of wood; Second, it is that both coal and dry wood need a larger fuel yard, and the effect is affected.

The structure of the new tungsten concentrate electrothermal drying converter is composed of a hollow rotary drum, an electric motor and a heating body seat. The process of using tungsten concentrate to dry tungsten concentrate by electrothermal drying converter is as follows: (1) When the drying operation starts, it starts the decelerating motor first, drives the hollow rotary cylinder to rotate, and then electrified the electric stove. (2) the thermometer installed on the electric heating body shows the temperature of the heating body. After the temperature in the tube reaches the temperature set by the drying regulation, the screw and the material belt conveyer can be started. (3) The tungsten concentrate is introduced into the heating zone through the guide threaded blades in the rotary drum, and uniformly heated in the heating zone. (4) After the tungsten concentrate is dried, it is derived from the guide thread blades and automatically falls into the discharge belt conveyor and conveyed to the subsequent process. (5) To detect the moisture content of tungsten concentrate output after drying, if it does not meet the requirements of the process, it is necessary to adjust the rotation speed of the feed screw, control the quantity of the tungsten concentrates into the hollow cylinder or adjust the temperature of the electric heating body and the heating body through the electric heating controller, so that the moisture content of the output tungsten concentrate can meet the process requirements.

Compared with the old drying method, the new tungsten concentrates drying oven does not discharge harmful flue gas, and only needs an employee to operate the electric control, which reduces the labor cost and improves the working environment.
