Aiming at the problem of difficult treatment and high cost in the reuse of scheelite dressing wastewater, a tailings wastewater in Xintian Ling tungsten mine of Hunan has good sedimentation effect. So that the quality of water can be directly reused for the beneficiation of scheelite process, the process of low cost wastewater treatment, wastewater reuse rate is high, applicable to promote the use.

Process content is not complicated. The scheelite tailings wastewater pH adjusted to 7 to 8, followed by adding polyaluminum chloride and polyacrylamide, so that the scheelite tailings wastewater polyaluminium chloride concentration of 700 ~ 900g / m3, polypropylene amide concentration reached 3 ~ 9g / m3, mixed, aged to obtain a clear recovery solution; the resulting recovery solution as a solvent medium to return scheelite flotation process for repeated use.

Compared with the prior art, the above method has the following advantages: 1. The treatment process of scheelite beneficiation wastewater is simple, the treatment cost is low, and the effect is good; 2. The reuse rate of the wastewater is high, reaching 87%, and the scheelite tailing wastewater is reduced emissions, protecting the environment, saving dressing costs; 3. Wastewater treatment for scheelite beneficiation process, relative water concentration, concentration index increased, recovery after the use of return rate of 84.95%, compared with water selection, the beneficiation index has been improved. The recovery rate of ore dressing after the use of backwater has reached 84.95%, and it is 2.64% higher than that of clean water. After the acid leaching process, the scheelite concentrate of the wolframite concentrate obtained from the reused water beneficiation has reached the national level I level of the first class scheelite concentrate, and the economic benefit is obvious.
