How to Doped Tungsten Rod and Tungsten Wire

The doped tungsten powder produced by the present method has much impurity content, or equipment investment and cost. At the same time, due to the contact of hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid in the production process, the damage to the equipment is relatively large, resulting in short service life of the equipment.

Therefore, the industry needs a less volatile impurities, and do not use strong acid impurity removing method for doped tungsten rod, tungsten wire.

Recently, some scholars have proposed a preparation method of doped tungsten bar, including the following steps:

(1) Ammonium paratungstate is reduced by hydrogen in a prereduction plant → blue tungsten is produced;

(2) Blue tungsten is pre-reduced by adding a basic oxide through a doping process, the pre-reduction temperature is 600 to 650 °C. → doped blue tungsten is obtained;

(3) Doped tungsten blue through the 650-850 ℃ step ladder within the temperature range, the state of hydrogen protection, reduction in a reduction furnace → to obtain different particle size of doped tungsten powder;

(4) Doping tungsten powder with different particle sizes through 35% concentration of sodium hydroxide solution, washing and impurity removal at the temperature of 80-90 ℃;

(5) And then use hydrochloric acid to wash and neutralization alkali while further removing impurities to obtain washed and dried tungsten powder;

(6) After washing, the tungsten powder is mixed with the powder in the mixing equipment;

(7) With a good powder in the cold isostatic pressing equipment in the press forming;

(8) Tungsten ingot through vertical melting high temperature sintering, the doped tungsten is obtained.

Studies have shown that this process ultimately produces less impurity doped tungsten, good forming performance, vertical melting less volatile, at the same time after washing through acid and alkali neutralization reaction of the water samples for processing, re-discharge after compliance, the entire process is simple, high efficiency, is the production of doped tungsten, tungsten filament effective program.
