Titanium-Doped Tungsten Trioxide Film

Tungsten trioxide thin film is by far the earliest found, the most widely used, the most promising electrochromic materials. In addition to its wide range of applications in electrochromic, tungsten trioxide thin films have also found wide applications in such areas as geotropism, photochromes, filters, dye-sensitized solar cells and the like.

However, there is little research on the relationship between the structure and properties of Ti-doped tungsten trioxide thin films. Therefore, the evolution of the microstructure of Ti-doped tungsten trioxide thin films and the structural properties of tungsten-titanium-oxygen are investigated to provide the basis for designing the microstructure and optical properties of the desired devices.
