Therefore, in materials development and design, it’s necessary to do further research and develop new properties of the materials on the base of maintaining or enhancing the original functions and properties, so that the material will have the wider application. the rare earth ions are generally intrinsic ions of non-filled tungsten bronze materials, by selecting the appropriate rare earth ions activated, the luminescence functional properties of non-filled tungsten bronze materials can be developed, therefore such material is a kind of potential rare earth luminescent materials. However, the potential luminescent properties of non-filled tungsten bronze material have not been concerned. If the materials have both luminescence properties and ability to improve the existing dielectric, ferroelectric properties can be prepared, these materials will have more widely applications in the electronics industry in the future.
