The basic principle of tungsten carbide rotary atomizing nozzle is that provides liquid for high-speed rotation center so that the liquid surrounding the rotating element or thrown bore, it is by means of centrifugal force and air power to atomize. When the flow is small, the centrifugal force is stronger than the liquid surface tension, and turntable edge throws a few large droplets and divides directly.

While the flow and speed increases, the liquid is drawn into much filamentous flow and becomes very unstable. The liquid leaving the rim at a distance due to the effect of friction with the surrounding air is separated into small droplets. As the flow and speed increases to a certain extent, the liquid film becomes thinner outwardly extended, and separated from the friction with the surrounding atomization at the same time.
