Ltd. cooperated with Jiangxi Rare Earth and Rare Metals Tungsten Group Corporation and set up a joint venture, Jiangxi Tungsten Group Co. Ltd. in 2002. Ltd., Jiangxi Xinsheng Tungsten Co., Ltd., Ganzhou Yuanchi New Materials Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Youtai Tungsten Co., Ltd., and so on. Old enterprises radiate great vitality.

Xiamen Tungsten Group Corp. invested and held shares of Ganzhou Tungsten and Molybdenum Materials Factory to form Ganzhou Hongfei Tungsten and Molybdenum Materials Co., Ltd. The new company has moved to the industrial zone and begins to develop and produce new products.
