Tungsten Carbide Cylindrical Nozzle

Tungsten carbide cylindrical nozzle can be used in hydrant for providing sufficient water flow to put out fire. The principle is that water flow runs into pipe in two different directions, one is to direct nozzle through middle way, the other leads to the valve through tube wall. However, tungsten carbide nozzle is often used in the system of grate cooler in practical. In addition, tungsten carbide nozzle has a lower pressure for atomization than others so that it can save more energy, which can atomize under 0.3MPa and the diameter of drop is 60-80μm. It ensures that the drops evaporate in the shortest time in case of wall built-up phenomenon. And its angle of atomization reached 30° - 110°, the flow is 110kg/h-1600kg/h, which can be fit for various scale production. Finally, tungsten carbide nozzle is convenient for cleaning and saves unnecessary costs.
