Gansu Rare Earth to combat illegal activities focused on handling typical cases 2-3

Lanzhou, Gansu News November 12, according to the Lanzhou Morning Post reported: Industry and Information Committee of Gansu Province recently issued an emergency notice on the organization to carry out special operations against illegal acts of rare, require municipalities to the state government for the existence of the city state enterprises involved in illegal rare earths conduct verification. If it is found illegal acts, shall be taken immediately ordered to suspend production for rectification, recovered sewage charges; confiscate ill-gotten gains and punished, in back, recovered VAT fines and penalties; for illegal businesses and associated personnel for investigation in accordance with law and other measures.

This action will jointly investigate rare earth mining, production, distribution companies of illegal mining, illegal trading and processing of minerals, tax evasion charges, billing and other acts of illegal products in different places, focused on handling typical cases 2-3. Involving rare earth minerals trading companies and individuals one by one to verify, on suspicion of illegal mining, illegal production and sale of illegal minerals or mineral origin can not be explained, will be punished according to law; suspected to constitute a crime, criminal responsibility according to law, to public security authority.
