China will re dispute case crossover appeal to WTO

Commerce Ministry spokesman Shen Danyang at a regular press conference that the United States in April 8th, the WTO dispute case of the rare earth, tungsten, molybdenum, tell me the relevant export control measures to WTO DSB appealed, China on 17 April, WTO dispute settlement mechanism proposed crossover appeal.

Shen Danyang said, at present, the case is in the phase of the trial the appellate body, China will make every effort to appeal,  no matter how the results, policy objectives will not China protection of resources, environmental change, will continue to comply with the rules of WTO way to strengthen the resources product management, the maintenance of fair competition. Notable is, sovereignty over natural resources WTO respect members, recognition of resources, environmental protection policies, this point has been reflected in the report of the expert group.
