International Online reports: Headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, the World Trade Organization on the 26th released in the United States , European Union, Japan v. China rare earths , tungsten, molybdenum three kinds of raw material export restrictions case of the panel report .
This panel report for up to 257 . Report that does not match the relevant provisions of China's rare earths , tungsten, molybdenum export tariffs and China 's WTO accession protocol . In addition , the group also believes that China imposed export quotas on the product concerned does not meet the " 1994 General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade ." According to the relevant provisions of the WTO dispute settlement mechanism , the panel report within 60 days after publication , China has the right to appeal .
