Complement of rare earth export quotas this year notice

Commerce Department issued a supplemental first batch of 2014 export quota of silver , rare earth and other notifications

Recently, the Ministry of Commerce issued a notice on the website supplement issued in 2014 the first batch of antimony, silver, rare earths , tin and other non-ferrous metals export quotas , reads as follows :

Under the provisions of " import and export regulations" and "export quota management approach" , now supplement issued in 2014 the first batch of antimony, silver, rare earths , tin export quotas, and notify the relevant issues as follows :

First, the addition of rare earth outside , issued in 2014 the first batch of export quota of 70% of the total annual quota .

Second, in 2014 the first batch of export quotas mainly with reference to the corporate production in 2011 to 2013 from January to October , the number of export , the export amount is calculated .

Third, set the quotas issued as soon as possible to the relevant companies.
