For NC company's proposed issue of rare earth ore exports to China , JiaYinSong said that the current oversupply of Chinese rare earth concentrate production capacity , to maintain market order and protect the environment , regardless of the source of minerals , rare earth smelting and separation of all production should be included in the total traffic management , and strictly enforce environmental standards.
