Peak Resources and Chinese companies signed a memorandum of cooperation in rare earth

Australia's peak resource companies on December 19 announced that it has signed a memorandum of cooperation with China , a rare earth company , to develop the Ngualla Rare Earth Project in Tanzania . The partnership with Peak Resources Inc. is a rare earth enterprises in Jiangsu , the two sides will cooperate in the following areas : China will Ngualla rare earth mineral processing technology to optimize the project , including mineral processing, leaching recovery and separation processes ; be introduced in other investments parties projects , process engineering analysis and marketing ; seeking to establish a joint venture opportunities in rare earth separation plant ; Chinese direct investment to help Peak resources Inc. to jointly develop rare earth Ngualla project ; negotiated and signed reimbursement agreement , selling rare earth carbonate and other intermediate products.
