MLR seek rare earth development and utilization of the "three rate" indicator opinions

For rock -type rare earth, according to their degree of difficulty of the different ore optional performance , recovery rates should achieve the following targets : Easy Choice ore processing recovery of not less than 85% , the general recovery of ore beneficiation shall not less than 75% , refractory ore processing recovery of not less than 65%. For ionic rare earth mineral recovery of not less than 90%.

Other minerals, comprehensive utilization of rare earth ore mineralization associated with not less than 30 %. For ionic rare earth , rare earth concentration in the leaching liquor as its utilization evaluation . When building or heap leaching ore blocks to stop injecting the liquid , the concentration of rare earth ions in the leaching liquor should not be higher than 0.1g / L.

Comments stressed that the future release of existing mines in the target, within two years to achieve the requirements of this indicator . Not up to the requirements of this indicator , the provincial land and resources department should be organized to urge its rectification, the rectification still substandard mining enterprises , not the annual inspection by the development and utilization of mineral resources . Characterized by regional rare earth deposits , ore nature and technology can not reach the objective conditions required by this indicator , mining companies should explain the reasons and submit with the design qualification units issued feasibility reports , suggest improvements , the original registration administrative organ of mining rights to be validated for feasibility reports submitted by mining companies .
