White paper shows that after more than half a century of intensive exploitation of China's rare earth resources, reserves and guarantee of main mining area resources declining acceleration attenuation original mostly dried up mine resources, mining, mineral intergrowth, separation of backward production techniques and technology has also caused serious damage to the ecological environment.
