Short-term price of rare earth has opened up space

Analyst Wu Zhaohua Thursday ( the 21st ) investment strategy in a conference that , after 2009 and 2010 , after several waves rose , rare earth sector in 2014 and 2015 will still have investment opportunities, and in the short term , rare earth prices up space has been opened.

According to the said rare earth prices have opened up space there are three aspects of logic: one , a very favorable purchasing and storage of heavy rare earth clearing the backlog of inventory ; 2, WTO after losing export rebound may exist , thereby facilitating digestion domestic product inventory ; 3 , the downstream demand rebound ( corporate replenishment behavior and the automotive industry rebound ) is the future of a rare-earth prices upward quarterly basis .

Wu Chao- Hua also said that the future development of the industry throughout the earth in two aspects must be improved. First, private indiscriminate digging must be strictly controlled ; Second , companies also need to pursue their own reform , namely upstream cost reduction , downstream so deep processing, to form a complete industrial chain.
