Lao government halted investment rare earth processing industry

Recently, my office was informed from the Lao Planning and Investment , for environmental reasons , the Lao government decided to cancel the four Chinese companies investing in the old rare plant production license. The four Chinese-funded enterprises have invested factories , including three private enterprises, a Hong Kong-owned enterprises. I reminded funded enterprises pay attention to risk , stop to the old investment Rare processing industry.
