Document proposed rare earth industry policy would be China's rare earth industry, including more stringent requirements of rare earth production management of enterprises to improve the comprehensive utilization of resources, enhance environmental emissions standards, the control and the use of more advanced scale mines and more environmentally friendly mining technology, the file rare earth production enterprises will encourage the development of a large group.
