China Rare Earth OSRAM fluorescent material acquisition of 50.1% equity interest

Recently, the Chinese Rare Earth announced to 15.1325 million yuan price, the acquisition of OSRAM ( China ) fluorescent material ( JV ) 50.1% stake. JV is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of fluorescent products , acquisitions, China Rare Earth will hold 100% stake in the joint venture company .

China Rare Earth , said the joint venture company to acquire the remaining equity Vendor beneficial to the Group as the Group believes that China has commercial potential of fluorescent materials market . Integration and increase the Group 's interest in the joint venture company will provide good opportunities for the Group will continue to consolidate its fluorescent materials market exposure and strengthen our competitiveness in order to expand business coverage .
