Changsha High-performance rare earth materials project through acceptance

Recently, rare earth materials , Hunan Institute of Science and Technology , Changsha assumed major projects " high performance rare earth materials development and industrialization" through acceptance.
   
The project developed high-performance rare earth materials make energy-saving light switch does not appear blackheads 50,000 times , with an average life of 30,000 hours or more, to achieve the lamps flicker , no noise , long life. Mass production of high intensity and high-power energy-saving lamps umbrella LED tunnel lights, landscape lights and other products have been gradually put on the market , and related products have entered the government procurement catalog . Established the first domestic microwave synthesis phosphor prepared multi-component model production lines, to promote the use of microwave heating .

The project has established an annual output of 200 tons of light rare earth phosphor production lines to produce 50 million fluorescent lamps and high power LED lamp production lines, to achieve annual sales income of 164.2 million yuan to increase profits and taxes 34,785,600 yuan .
