Day Vietnam signed a memorandum to develop rare earth resources

Vietnam Resources and Environment Minister Ruanming Guang in Vietnam meeting with Japanese Minister of Economy Motegi Min charge, the two sides signed a cooperation of low-carbon economic growth memo. Under bilateral cooperation agreements, Vietnam Resources and Environment Ministry has Laizhou rare venture-VIMICO awarded exploration licenses, exploration are bahoruco mine rare earth resources.
