1. Overall Review of Tungsten Trioxide Produced by Extraction Method
2. The main production process is using tungsten scheelite as raw material: roasting, grinding, alkaline pressure cooking to prepare sodium tungstate solution, purification and impurity removal, filtration of solid-liquid separation, sulfurization, acid adjustment filtration, extraction and back extraction, the ammonium tungstate solution is evaporated and crystallized, dried and sieved to obtain ammonium paratungstate (APT) product. After calcining APT, tungsten trioxide is obtained.
3.Production Equipments Introduction
(1) Calcinating Tungsten Scheelite: Raw material: Low-grade scheelite. Roasting temperature: 600-650℃. Advantages: Natural gas is used as fuel. High thermal value, no waste residue and waste water pollution.
(2) Press Cooking: Volume of machine: 18m3. Working pressure: 1.6MPa, maximum pressure: 1.2Mpa. Advantages: Saving various auxiliary materials and reduces the tungsten content in the slag after the reaction.
(3) Filter Pressing: The embedded filter pressing has good sealing performance, no leakage of the material liquid, and no odor of the material liquid escapes, which realizes the high efficiency and clean production of the filter press process.
(4) Ball Milling: Advantage: compact structure, high output, centralized grinding particle size, simplified process, simple operation and convenient maintenance.
(5) Extraction: Advantage: Reduce the labor of on-site operators. Reduce the amount of external drainage. Control the tungsten content of external drainage below 0.01g. Clean production and realize automatic control.
(6) PLC: Advantage: Online monitoring and automatic control of the process. Realizes manual and automatic dual control of liquid level, flow, temperature and other process data in the production site and control room. Saving a lot of productivity while accurately grasping the real-time production situation in time.
(7) Microwave Drying: This is used to dry APT.
Advantage: The material is heated evenly, the dehydration rate is high. Large drying rate, energy saving. High production efficiency, uniform drying, clean production, automatic control and improvement of product quality.
(8) Crystallization: This is used to produce APT.
Advantage:
Continuous feeding and ensure output. High production efficiency, low energy consumption, high degree of automation, small equipment area and fewer operators. Effectively control the quality of APT products.
(9) Rotary: This is used to produce tungsten trioxide.
Advantage:
