Tungsten Carbide Reamer Use Problem -Diameter Size Increase

The tungsten carbide reamer will have problem with diameter size in working, the circumstances are the followings:

1.Tungsten carbide reamer hinged blade’s diameter size design value is too large or has the mouth burr;

2.Cutting speed is too high, feed allowance IS inappropriate or excessive;

3.Tungsten carbide reamer main angle is too large;

4.Tungsten carbide blade hinge on chips adhered mouth tumor;

5.when sharpening the blade opening swing hinge poor tolerance;

6.when installing carbide reamer taper shank surface oil is not clean or cone has bump hurt;

7.shaft bending or spindle bearings is too loose or damaged.
