Edge-defined Film-fed Growth

With raw materials placed in the the iridium crucible,raw materials is heated to melt with radio frequency induction heating coil. Then place an Iridium-mold within the intermediate of the crucible. Let the-Acting Soup stalls sq. within the surface of the the iridium-Built mold then forming a thin film. Put down crystalspecies so to touch the film and the film crystallized into a single crystal from the surface of the seed crystal with the same structure of the seed crystal. The seed crystal then slowly pull up and gradually grow into single crystal.

At the same time, Crucible provids melt soup for film. Since the edge of the film is defined by the iridium mold and continue feeding for the growth of crystal, so it was called Defined Edge-defined Film-fed Growth, short for EFG.
