Fujian strengthen rare earth and tungsten ore mining total control

Fujian Provincial Department recently issued a province's fiscal 2015 total rare earth and tungsten ore mining control targets, requires localities to strengthen management control indicators, thorough investigation of ultra indicators of production, the exploitation of the quota assigned to another person and other illegal acts.

According to Land and Resources reported news, according to Ministry of Land Resources 2015 annual allocation ionic rare earth oxides Fujian Province, the total tungsten concentrate production control indicators, Fujian Provincial Department clearly this year the province's total ionic rare earth oxide production control indicators 2000 tons; tungsten concentrate (65%) of the total production control target of 2900 tons, of which the main mining 2500 tons, comprehensive utilization of 400 tons.

Fujian Office stressed that the state of rare earth minerals protective mining, illegal mining of rare earth mine for undocumented behavior, once discovered, land and resources should be severely punished, to be submitted to the county government shut down; for to all types of construction projects on the grounds, without approval recycling of rare earth resources, all to be dealt with by unlicensed mining and closed down.
