Preparation of Nano-porous Yellow Tungsten Oxide Photocatalyst

Step 1: Prepare colloidal carbon microspheres. Weigh 2g of glucose, add 80mL of distilled water, stir to fully dissolve, then transfer to a 100mL polytetrafluoroethylene reactor, hydrothermal reacting at 180 °C for 12h, centrifuging, washing, drying at 80 °C, and grinding, to obtain a brown powder.

Step 2: Prepare nanoporous WO3 photocatalyst. Weigh 0.1g of carbon microsphere powder into 40mL of distilled water and make it fully dispersed by ultrasound; add 100mL of ammonium tungstate solution (0.1248 mol/L) to it, and after 20min of ultrasound, continue to stir for 24 h to get a mixed solution; then evaporate the mixed solution to dryness with stirring at 80 °C, ground, and then calcined in a muffle furnace at 550 °C for 4 h to obtain nano-porous yellow tungsten oxide photocatalyst.
