Some experts adopted thiourea and WO3 as raw materials to prepare tungsten disulfide nanosheets with a thickness of about 5nm and side dimensions of 100-300nm at a temperature of 850 °C by a high-temperature vulcanization reaction method. The experts also analyzed the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and preparation process on the obtained WS2 nanosheets. And it was found that WO3 was fully converted to WS2 when the reaction temperature reached 800 °C. And when the reaction temperature was increased to 850 °C, the WS2 nanosheets prepared had better morphology. The heat preservation time also has a great influence on the morphology of the nanosheets. Tungsten disulfide of better morphology can be obtained by heat preservation for 1 h.
