Step One: Weigh the cesium chloride and ammonium tungstate according to the atomic ratio of 0.30-0.32, placed in hydrogen peroxide to dissolve it, and stirred at 60-80 °C to obtain the suspension, and then the prepared suspension was dried at 40-80 °C to obtain the cesium-tungsten mixture precursor.

Step Two: Mix the precursor with a certain amount of ethylene glycol, then ground in a ball mill for 10 to 60 minutes; wherein the solvent is used in an amount of 0.5 to 1.5 times the mass of the precursor powder.

Step Three: The prepared substance is placed in a closed reaction vessel equipped with a stirring device for heat treatment at a temperature of 150 to 300 °C for 2 to 10 hours.
