Preparation Method of Cesium Tungsten Bronze Nanopowder for Nano Heat Insulating Film

Step One: Prepare 0.5mol/L tungstic acid solution and 0.2mol/L cesium carbonate solution.

Step Two: Prepare a solution of the reaction precursor. Take 60 ml of the above-prepared 0.5 mol/L tungstic acid solution, put it into a beaker, add 37.8 g of citric acid once in stirring, stir well, then slowly add 15 ml of 0.2 mol/L cesium carbonate solution, then 90 ml of absolute ethanol was added, continuously stirred for 1 hour to obtain the reaction precursor solution. The concentration of tungstic acid in the precursor is 0.18 mol/L, the concentration of citric acid is 1.10 mol/L, and the volume ratio of alcohol to water is 3:2.

Step Three: The above-prepared reaction precursor solution was transferred into three 100 ml autoclaves in three groups, and continuously reacted at 190 °C for 3 d.

Step Four: The precipitate was sequentially washed with water and alcohol for 3 times, and after centrifugation, it was dried under a vacuum of 50 °C for 10 hours to obtain a powder of dark blue crystal phase of hexagonal CsxWO3. Tested by UV-Vis spectrophotometer, CsxWO3 powder has high light absorption performance in the near-infrared region, with the lowest absorbance at the wavelength of visible light of 436 nm, which is 0.7; and the absorbance at the wavelength of 931 nm in the near-infrared region is 1.4.
