For example, some experts have studied the preparation of Ti-doped WO3 electrochromic thin films by using pulsed DC reactive magnetron sputtering on FTO transparent conductive glass substrates under different oxygen partial pressure conditions. Experts have found that in the process of preparing tungsten oxide electrochromic film by magnetron sputtering, increasing the partial pressure of oxygen can enhance the crystallinity of the film, and the structure is more stable, which is beneficial to the cycle stability. But, the excessive oxygen partial pressure causes the film to be too dense. And lithium ion residual film is difficult to extract, so the film cannot be completely bleached.
