Experts have found that the prepared film starts to change from amorphous to cubic at 300°C, and the Ti atom replaces part of the W atom to form a substitution solid solution. With the increase of temperature, the intensity of the diffraction peak of WO3 increases, the degree of crystallization increases, and the film changes from round particles to massive particles, which gradually becomes dense from looseness and the surface roughness increases. After doping with titanium, the W-O bond of tungsten oxide becomes longer, which is more easily combined with lithium ions. Cyclic voltammetry tests were carried out on Ti-doped WO3 films prepared at different temperatures using electrochemical workstations. The results show that the elevated temperature can increase the cycle life of the films. The Ti-doped WO3 film prepared at 350°C had almost the same CV curve before and after 200 cycles, and the modulation amplitude was hardly attenuated.
