Experts have found that as the content of Mo doping increases, the grain size of the tungsten trioxide electrochromic nano film becomes larger and the surface roughness increases, which can improve the electrochromic performance of the doped tungsten trioxide film. When the doping concentration of Mo is 2%, the discoloration of WO3 film is the most stable; when the doping concentration of Mo is 6%, the hydrogen ion diffusion coefficient is the largest, and the discoloration rate of WO3 film is the fastest. However, when the doping amount of Mo reaches 10%, the grain size decreases and the surface becomes flat, and the discoloration rate and stability of the WO3 film are both lowered.
