A Preparation Method of WO3 Nano Array Electrochromic Film

Step one: dissolve white tungstic acid in aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution and add water to prepare a solution of peroxide tungstic acid containing 1-5mol/L of tungsten;

Step two: apply a solution of tungsten peroxide acid on the conductive surface of the clean conductive substrate to obtain a conductive substrate covered with the seed layer;

Step three: dissolve the tungsten salt in the alcohol to prepare a precursor solution, fixing the conductive substrate covered with the seed layer to the reaction kettle, adding the precursor solution to the reaction kettle, and reacting at 150-250°C for 8-16 hours. After taking out, carry out the heat treatment at 350-450°C for 1-3h.

Experts said that this kind of preparation process is convenient to control and low in manufacturing cost. Also, it can be produced on a large scale for realizing industrialization.
