Ganzhou Tungsten Association Declined Average Tungsten Forecast Prices for November

Analysis of latest tungsten market from Chinatungsten Online

China tungsten price remains weak adjustment on November 8, 2022 with the decline in GTA’s average tungsten forecast prices and long-term contract prices of listed tungsten companies. 

China’s Ganzhou Tungsten Association (GTA) released its average tungsten forecast prices for November: 55% black tungsten concentrate price was $15,588.2/ton, down $661.8/ton; ammonium paratungstate (APT) price was $274.2/mtu, down $11.6/mtu; medium particle tungsten powder price was $37.5/kg, down $1.5/kg compared with October. 

Zhangyuan Tungsten quoted long-term contract prices for the first half of November: black tungsten concentrate (WO3≥55%) price was $15,588.2/ton, down $294.1/ton; scheelite concentrate (WO3≥55%) price was $15,367.6/ton; down $294.1/ton; APT price was $274.2/mtu, down $5.0/mtu compared with the second half of last month.

Jiangxi Tungsten quoted high grade black tungsten concentrate at $115,955.9/ton, down $73.5/ton compared with the second half of October. 

Xiamen Tungsten’s APT bid price was $274.2/mtu, down $5.0/mtu compared with the second half of last month.
