China Rare Earth Price - October 8, 2022

China rare earth price keeps stable on the whole on October 8, 2022 in the first trading day after the holiday of National Day holiday.

However, as the National Day holiday just ended, the growth rate of market orders was relatively slow. However, supported by production costs, some industry players still have certain confidence in the market outlook. At present, the price of praseodymium and neodymium oxide is about 675,000 yuan/ton, and the price of terbium oxide has exceeded 13,000 yuan/kg.

In terms of news: The "2022 RMB Internationalization Report" released by the central bank shows that in 2021, cross-border RMB receipts and payments in the field of commodity trade will maintain rapid growth. The total amount of cross-border RMB receipts and payments for crude oil, iron ore, copper, soybeans and other major commodities traded for the year totaled 405.469 billion yuan, up 42.8% year-on-year; The total amount of receipts and payments was 100.563 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 27.7%.
