China’s Zhangyuan Tungsten Raised Long-term Contract Prices for Late February

At the beginning of the week, China tungsten price remained stable when the supply returned to normal and weakness demand continued after the Lantern Festival and the Winter Olympics. In addition, the new guide prices for the second half of this month tend to be cautious. 

China’s Zhangyuan Tungsten released its long-term contract prices for late February: black tungsten concentrate (WO3≥55%) price was $18,571.4/ton, an increase of $317.5/ton; scheelite concentrate (WO3≥55%) price was $18,333.3/ton, an increase of $317.5/ton; ammonium paratungstate (APT) price was $324.6/mtu, an increase of $4.5/mtu compared with compared with the first half of February.
