China’s Ganzhou Tungsten Association Stabilized Their Offers for Early June

Analysis of latest tungsten market from Chinatungsten Online

Tungsten association and state-owned companies mostly stabilized their offers for the first half of June, indicating a cautious sentiment of participants and wait-and-see atmosphere in the market.  

China’s Ganzhou Tungsten Association released its average tungsten forecast prices for June: 55% black tungsten concentrate price was $15,079.4/t; ammonium paratungstate (APT) price was $261/mtu and tungsten powder price was $36.5/kg, unchanged from last month. 

Zhangyuan Tungsten’s bid prices for the second half of May: black tungsten concentrate (WO3≥55%) was quoted at $15,079.4/ton, scheelite concentrate (WO3≥55%) was quoted at $14,841.3/ton and APT price was $261/mtu, unchanged from last round. 

Xiamen Tungsten stabilized APT offer for the first half of June at $261/mtu. Jiangxi Tungsten also stabilized its offer for black tungsten concentrate at $15,555.6/ton.
