Rare earth market quotation in China: terbium oxide, neodymium oxide and dysprosium oxide prices are in the upward trend in the week began on Monday November 2, 2020 under the complex background.
First, under the situation of tight supply of mainstream light and heavy rare earth products, the relevant metal factories are more proactive in receiving and stocking goods, which in turn encourages holders to reluctantly sell; second, at the beginning of the month, in order to ensure the normal production and operation of enterprises, the consumption enthusiasm of downstream magnetic materials companies has also generally increased, which supports the increase in suppliers’ confidence; third, under the situation that the national government actively promotes the development of new energy vehicles, new and old infrastructure, 3C electronic products and other industries, most insiders have greater hope for the future market, which is also one of the reasons why the current market price is difficult to lower.
In October, China’s local government bonds issued 442.9 billion yuan, of which 189.9 billion yuan was newly added bonds and 253 billion yuan was refinancing bonds. As of the end of October, a total of 611.8 billion yuan of local government bonds had been issued this year, of which, new bonds were 444.5 billion yuan and refinancing bonds were 1.6273 billion yuan. Among the new bonds, the general bond issuance was 947.9 billion yuan, completing 100% of the annual plan; the special bond issuance was 3.5466 billion yuan, which completed 94.6% of the annual plan (3.750 billion yuan), and completed the issued quota (3.55 trillion yuan). 99.9%, according to statistics from the Ministry of Finance.
