China Tungsten Concentrate Market Stabilizes Early September

Analysis of latest tungsten market from ChinaTungsten Online

China tungsten prices remained weak adjustment at the end of August as insiders stayed in wait-and-see mode at terminal demand with the approaching of Golden September. Buyers seemed unwilling to buy products in a wakening market and thus trading volumes were thin. 

Tungsten concentrate manufacturers forecasted that the imbalanced supply and demand will be eased in the near further. Mine enterprises’ profits were cut after the continuous decline in May. So the market has been stabilized recently. But customers still maintained low buying interests, pressing down tungsten products prices. Market participants will be cautious earlier this month, waiting for the next move in the market.
