Tungsten Powder Price Stabilizes After Consecutive Price Drops

China tungsten concentrate market gets a boost when Chinese environmental checks launched on August 22. Low-price products reduce in the market, but actual trading volumes have not enough strength to put up prices. 65% black tungsten concentrate price hovers around $15,384.6/t.

Ammonium paratungstate (APT) and ferro-tungsten prices continue their downward trend amid falling prices in China’s domestic market and lackluster demand from the overseas market, while tungsten powder price stabilizes after six weeks consecutive price drops.

Tungsten powder enterprises cut their production considering rare increased orders and seek to move more materials even to reduce product prices. But deals are difficult to increase as usual.
