Method for Measuring Tungsten Content in Hard Alloy

The invention provides a method for measuring tungsten content in hard alloy.

The method comprises the following steps: dissolving tungsten-containing hard alloy by using a solution of sulfuric acid and ammonium sulfate, forming a tungstic acid precipitate in a sulfuric acid medium, filtering, performing high-temperature burning on the filtered precipitate to form tungsten trioxide, and measuring the tungsten content in the filtered filtrate by adopting an inductively coupled plasma (ICP) method, wherein the sum of the contents of the tungsten in two parts is the tungsten content in the hard alloy.

The method has the advantages of simplicity and practicality in operation, simplicity in equipment and accurate and reliable detection result.
