The Method for High Purity Ammonium Paratungstate By Using High Molybdenum Tungsten Ore

 By using three columns in series on exchange in addition to black-and-white the tungsten mineral or high molybdenum fine mud, so that we can cost lower for high purity ammonium paratungstate. This method for high purity ammonium paratungstate by using high molybdenum tungsten ore includes these six steps:

(1）the tungsten the ore or tungsten fine mud ball, alkali cooking leaching, filtered, and concentrated sodium tungstate crystals;

(2) water-soluble sodium tungstate was filtered, vulcanization;

(3) ion exchange and eliminate molybdenum;

(4)The solution after addition of the sodium tungstate eliminates sulfur;

(5)ion exchange removing impurities, the desorption of ammonia and ammonium chloride solution was prepared by tungsten, ammonium tungstate solution;

(6) after evaporation and crystallization, it will be ammonium paratungstate.

The effect of technological progress of the invention is in black and white mixed tungsten ore lower the price  of 1500-2000 yuan / ton than wolframite, while tungsten fine mud  is much lower than them,which is about 5000-7000 yuan / ton, the economic benefit is obvious. if it is used to handle the  tungsten fine mud , the economic benefits is much better. The invention provides a new state-of-the-art smelting apporach for  the large number of black and white mixed tungsten ore  and the tungsten fine mud.
