CsxWO3 Applied for Near Infrared Absorbing Material

CsxWO3 for preparing near infrared absorbing material is cesium tungsten bronze that has higher light absorption performance in the near infrared region and higher transmission performance in the visible light region. With the wide application of such a functional material, more and more scholars have begun to pay attention to cesium tungsten bronze including its preparation method.

A Preparation Method of CsxWO3 for Near Infrared Absorbing Material

Step One: Take 60ml of 0.5mol/L tungstic acid solution, put it in a beaker, and add 37.8g of citric acid in order. After stirring, add 15ml 0.1mol/L cesium carbonate solution slowly, then add 90ml absolute ethyl alcohol, continuously stirred for 1 h to obtain a reaction precursor solution. The concentration of tungstic acid in the precursor was 0.18 mol/L, the concentration of citric acid was 1.10 mol/L, and the volume ratio of alcohol to water was 3: 2;

Step Two: The reaction precursor solution obtained in Step One was transferred into three 100 ml autoclaves in three groups, and the reaction was continued for 3 days at 190 °C;

Step Three: The reaction precipitate was washed with water and alcohol three times in sequence, and after centrifugation, dried at 50 °C for 10 hours to obtain the dark blue CsxWO3 powder.
